ENGIE S.A. is the coordinator for the European project C2FUEL. ENGIE S.A., whose head office is located at 1 place Samuel de Champlain, 92930 Paris La Défense Cedex, France, is in charge of processing personal data related to the establishment of the information website for the C2FUEL European project.

In its role as a responsible player, ENGIE S.A. has enacted the present Personal Data Protection Charter in order to clearly renew its commitments under the major principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The present Charter enables you to dispose of all information you may require to understandthe processing deployed for data collected via this website.

To help to maintain a suitable compliance level with regard to regulations for personal data protection, ENGIE SA has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

The objective of the Website is to present the C2FUEL project and its development. Your data (last name; first name; email address) are collected on the basis of your consent, so that you may receive information related to the C2FUEL project.

Your personal data will not be used at a later stage in any way that is incompatible with the purposes described above.

The data contained in the form are collected by ENGIE S.A. on the basis of your consent, to enable you to receive information related to the C2FUEL project. 

4. Storage life

Your personal data are kept exclusively for the amount of time necessary for the purposes of processing on the site. The time limits are as follows:

In the event of your data being transferred to a third party, ENGIE SA will comply with applicable laws in force with regard to communicating your personal data.

The forms must be completed with objective information that is never excessive nor insulting. They must not contain data or information that may be considered as sensitive (racial or ethnic origin; political, philosophical or religious opinions; union membership; data relating to health or sexual activity; infractions; condemnations; or security measures).

For the record, you should be aware that this type of information will not be processed in any way and will be deleted.

ENGIE SA, in its capacity as the manager of the data handling process, has deployed adequate measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data, particularly to prevent the data from being misrepresented or damaged, or from third parties gaining access to those data.
