C2FUEL kick-off meeting

The project consortium successfully launches the C2FUEL Project at Dunkirk (France). The project aims at developing and testing innovative routes (from TRL 3 to TRL6) of CO₂conversion into chemical energy carriers in an industrial ecology approach. The overall project structure, the partners’ roles, the expected outputs and impacts have been presented. The Project is a Research and Innovation Action funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program.

At the end of the kick-off meeting, all partners were invited to visit DK6 power plant where one of C2FUEL pilot demonstration systems will be installed and tested. It was a great occasion for each partners to take notice of the industrial-relevant environment of C2FUEL demonstration phase.
